Alejandra has more than eight years of experience in talent development and social innovation in Latin America. Alejandra has designed learning programs in innovation, data and business for a range of sectors. Co-founder of Sur Global, an initiative that promotes responsible innovation in the region, and Head of People at the Centro de InnovaCXión of Banco de Crédito del Perú. MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh and degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima.
